I called State Farm shopping for new insurance and I spoke with Kelsey. She was absolutely amazing. She was super patient with all of my questions and not knowing what I was doing. Worst customer care service ever.. the people over there are very rude. I’ve been calling since a week and they are ignoring and when they receive my call they are saying call us back and cut my phone. They can’t even listen to my problem.. ridiculous
