I called State Farm shopping for new insurance and I spoke with Kelsey. She was absolutely amazing. She was super patient with all of my questions and not knowing what I was doing. She reassured me I would be taken care of and that’s exactly what happened. I was just looking for auto insurance and ended up getting my home owners policy through them as well! Worst customer care service ever.. the people over there are very rude. I’ve been calling since a week and they are ignoring and when they receive my call they are saying call us back and cut my phone. They can’t even listen to my problem.. ridiculous
